Parakh (परख) is the Hindi/Sanskrit word for the careful act of judging worth. IQ is the engine that does it at the speed of inbound. Pariq sits in between.

Why we built this

Indian SMBs are drowning in leads. Meta ads, IndiaMART, JustDial, WhatsApp forms, Instagram DMs — the inbound pipe is wider than ever and the conversion rate is collapsing because every lead gets the same treatment. We watched our own team waste 6 minutes per dead lead and call the wrong ones first. The good lead went cold while we explained product to someone who was just price-shopping.

Existing CRMs solved the wrong problem. They gave us a pipeline — a place to organize the lead after we had already wasted the time. We wanted something earlier in the flow: a fast, transparent score on every lead the second it arrived, so the team only worked the ones worth their time.

That is Pariq. A CRM where qualification happens before the human picks up the phone.

What we believe

  • AI should be transparent. Every Pariq score shows its reasoning. No black boxes.
  • WhatsApp is the front door. If your Indian customer is going to send their first message anywhere, it is WhatsApp. Build the CRM around that.
  • Flat pricing beats per-seat punishment. The 10th rep on your team should not be a 10× tax.
  • Bilingual by default. Hindi and Hinglish intent detection is not an "enterprise add-on" in India. It is the baseline.
  • Self-serve onboarding. If you cannot import your data and run your first scored lead in 60 minutes, we did something wrong.
