Terms of service.

The short, honest version of how a Pariq subscription works.

The service

Pariq is a WhatsApp-first lead-qualification CRM operated by BotBrained from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Five monthly plans — CRM (₹499), Lite (₹999), Starter (₹1,499), Growth (₹2,999), and Pro (₹4,999) — each include 6 seats (1 admin + 5 members); extra seats are ₹500/month. Current details are always on the pricing page, which governs if this summary ever lags behind it.

Billing

  • Billing is monthly, in INR, with GST invoices. There is no annual lock-in; upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time.
  • Plans and usage are prepaid inside Pariq. WhatsApp template sends are billed per message at Meta’s official India rates — utility and authentication from ₹0.13, marketing from ₹0.91 (as of June 2026), shown in-app before sending. Replies inside the 24-hour service window cost nothing extra.
  • AI voice calls are billed at ₹5 per minute, shown in-app before you enable voice bots.

Free trial

The trial gives you 7 days of the full Pro plan. No card is required to start. After the trial, pick a plan and pay to continue.

Acceptable use

  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including obtaining opt-in consent before sending template messages.
  • No spam, no harassment, no unlawful content, and no messaging people who have asked you to stop.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the lead data you import or capture.

Your data

Your leads, conversations, and transcripts belong to your organisation. You can export everything as CSV on any plan. After cancellation, data is retained 90 days for export and then permanently deleted — see the privacy policy policy.

Service changes and liability

We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a capability your plan paid for in the middle of a billing cycle without notice. The service is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
