How much does Pariq cost in India?+
Flat ₹2,000 per month for up to 5 seats — every feature included. Each additional seat is ₹400 per month. Prices are in INR with GST extra. We do not bill in USD or charge FX.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days of full access to every feature. No credit card required. You can invite up to 5 seats during the trial.
Are there cheaper plans for solo founders?+
No. Pariq is built for sales teams, not solo trials of CRM software. We chose flat-bundle pricing so a 3-person team and a 5-person team pay the same — predictable for budgeting.
What happens if I exceed 5 seats?+
Each additional seat is ₹400/month, billed monthly. You can add and remove seats at any time from Settings → Billing.
Is Pariq cheaper than Zoho Bigin?+
For most team sizes, yes. Bigin starts at ₹550/user/month (Express) or ₹1,000/user/month (Premier) — a 5-person team on Bigin Premier is ₹5,000/month versus ₹2,000/month on Pariq.
Do you bill in INR with GST invoice?+
Yes. All invoices are in INR with GST. We are domiciled in India. You can claim GST input credit just like any other B2B SaaS expense.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Pariq is month-to-month. No annual prepay, no contract minimum, no cancellation fees. You keep your data export rights for 90 days after cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, Indian credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS for annual plans, and Razorpay subscriptions. International cards work for diaspora customers.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Annual prepay is the same monthly price — no fake "annual discount" inflated against a higher monthly. We do not believe in pricing games.
