AI voice calls are ₹5 per minute. WhatsApp messages are billed at Meta’s official India rates — utility and authentication messages from ₹0.13, marketing from ₹0.91 (as of June 2026). Replying to customers is free for 24 hours after their message, and you see the cost in-app before you send.
How do seats work?+
