How does AI scoring work without historical data?+
Pariq does not need months of historical leads to start scoring. We use a hybrid model: a text-intent classifier (trained on Indian buyer language patterns including Hindi/Hinglish), source-trust weights (IndiaMART verified vs cold scrape), and response-speed signals. Day one, every lead gets a score with visible reasoning.
Is the AI scoring a black box?+
No. Every score shows its inputs: "Hot because matched IndiaMART verified + replied in <2 min + intent word 'price' detected." You can adjust weights or override any score.
Does Pariq work in Hindi?+
Intent detection handles Hindi, Hinglish, and English. The product UI is currently English; Hindi UI is on the 2026 roadmap based on customer demand.
Can I customize the pipeline stages?+
Yes. Pipelines, stages, custom fields, and lead types are all configurable without limits or tier gates.
Is there an API for custom integrations?+
