Who we are

Pariq (“we”) is a WhatsApp-first lead-qualification CRM operated by BotBrained from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy covers both the marketing site at pariq.in and the product at app.pariq.in.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email, phone number, and organisation details when you create a workspace.
  • Customer data you store in Pariq — leads, contacts, deals, tasks, WhatsApp conversations, and AI voice-call transcripts. You control this data; we process it to run the product for you.
  • Billing data — payments and itemised usage (plan charges, WhatsApp template sends, voice calls).
  • Service logs — logins, role changes, and bulk actions, recorded with user, IP, and timestamp for the audit log.

Where your data lives

Lead, contact, deal, activity, and conversation data is stored in a Mumbai-region (India) Postgres cluster with in-region backups. Our application and APIs run on Cloudflare’s edge network; no persistent customer data is stored at the edge.

Sub-processors

We use Supabase (database), Cloudflare (compute and CDN), Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), a WhatsApp solution provider for message delivery, and Google for AI voice qualification — with inputs minimised to the lead conversation and no training on your data. Export, retention, and deletion

  • Every entity is exportable as CSV from in-app Settings, on every plan.
  • If you cancel, data is retained for 90 days so you can export it, then permanently deleted from primary and backup storage within 30 days after that.
  • Email support@pariq.in to request immediate deletion.

Your rights

We build to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and GDPR principles: lawful basis, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and your rights to access, correct, export, and delete your data. We are not yet formally certified; certification work is on the 2026 roadmap.
