Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?+
Yes — and we help you get one. WhatsApp Business API runs through Meta's approved providers (BSPs). During onboarding we walk you through setup. Most teams are live within 48 hours.
What does WhatsApp messaging cost?+
WhatsApp charges per conversation (utility, marketing, authentication, or service) directly to your Business account. Pariq does not mark up message costs. Typical Indian utility conversations are ₹0.15–0.30 per session.
Does Pariq sync with Zoho?+
Not natively today — most Pariq customers are leaving Zoho, not adding to it. We support data import from Bigin/Zoho CRM and full REST API access for custom syncs. Native Zoho One integration is on the 2026 roadmap.
Can I connect Pariq to Make.com or n8n?+
Yes, today, via our REST API and webhooks. Pre-built Make/n8n modules ship Q3 2026.
Will Pariq auto-create leads from incoming calls?+
Native dialer integrations (Exotel, Knowlarity) ship Q4 2026. Today you can ingest call logs via webhook or CSV.
